财经网科技2月11日讯，据新浪科技消息，AMD公司宣布已获得了有关收购赛灵思的所有必要批准，包括所有必要的政府许可，这笔交易预计将在2月14日左右完成。
据报道，2020年10月27日，AMD宣布斥资350亿美元收购赛灵思。合并后，AMD 将拥有赛灵思74%的股份，赛灵思的现任CEO兼总裁Victor Peng将加入AMD担任总裁。
1月27日，国家市场监管总局反垄断局发布公告，称通过审查，决定附加限制性条件批准此案。
