Hello Product Hunters!

My name is Lucy Howie, I am CPO and one of the co-founders of Quan together with @arosha. Thank you Kat for hunting our product.

For too long, players in the people and culture platforms have been measuring ‘employee engagement’ and ‘employee experience’ without providing ways to effectively manage well-being and linking it directly to business metrics. Hence the reason why issues such as burn-out and toxic corporate cultures have been trending in the wrong way.

We researched the topic of well-being with doctors, psychologists and therapists to identify 30 sub-dimensions which are underpinned by more than 200 predictors. To build our beta product, launched in March 2021, we completed 500 user interviews to understand the problem space, and now work with 12 organizations, over 1,000 paid users and a platform engagement rate of 88%.

The Quan platform first takes a holistic assessment of wellbeing, and provides data, insights and actionable steps to improve well-being at individual, team and organizational levels. Aggregated organizational insights help HR and leaders track well-being across teams and over time, we match to the most relevant and effective well-being interventions to improve productivity and performance (rather than a generic suite of benefits and perks).
