意大利高端服装设计公司 Pattern 旗下公司收购针织生产商 Maglificio Zanni
意大利高端服装设计公司 Pattern 旗下专门从事奢侈针织品设计、打样和生产的公司 Società Manifattura Tessile S.r.l.（S.M.T. ）签署了一项投资协议，宣布以430万欧元的价格从两位联合创始人 Marco Zanni 和 Mauro Zanni 手中收购同行 Maglificio Zanni 公司的全部股权。Mauro Zanni 将继续留在公司，担任首席执行官一职，旨在保障其业务的稳定性和连续性，并加强产品创新。
