1月19日，优酷信息技术（北京）有限公司发生工商变更，阿里巴巴文化娱乐有限公司退出股东，新增股东上海全土豆网络科技有限公司，持股100%。值得关注的是，上海全土豆网络科技有限公司由阿里巴巴文化娱乐有限公司100%持股。这意味着阿里巴巴由直接持股优酷，变为间接持股。
