1月19日，经核查调查，2006年6月，燃料油公司将40万吨进口原油以“调和燃料油”名义销售给山东滨化集团，中石油由此出现倒卖进口原油行为。多年来，中石油累计倒卖进口原油1.795亿吨，共销售给115家地炼企业，在此期间中石油集团主要领导严重失职失责。 经中央纪委国家监委对有关党组织和党员领导干部失职失责问题认真调查，中石油党组负有主体责任，燃料油公司负有直接责任，中石油有关职能部门负有监管责任。（新华网）
