总局规划财务司指出，根据《国家广播电视总局关于推动国家广播电视和网络视听产业基地（园区）建设发展的通知》（广电发〔2019〕61号）要求，我们对北京市广播电视局报来的《关于筹建中国（北京）高新视听产业园的请示》进行了认真研究，经材料审核并组织广电总局相关司局共同研究和实地调研，拟批复在北京经济技术开发区设立“中国（北京）高新视听产业园”。
