有时候，推己及人是无效的，因为每个人的差异太大。你在乎的别人不在乎，反之亦然。
比如，摩拜单车刚起来时，美团就注意到了。之所以刚开始没出手收购，是因为管理层看不懂，因为他们很多年没有在城市里骑车了，不知道骑车的便利，以及现有服务的不匹配，以及移动支付等技术可能带来的变革。
可以用体感发现机会，但不要因此否定一个机会。
