百度关联公司因传播违法内容被罚2万
企查查APP显示，近日，百度关联公司北京百度网讯科技有限公司新增行政处罚，处罚事由为该公司于2012年7月至2021年11月期间，出版、传播含有禁止内容的网络出版.
违反了《网络出版服务管理规定》第五十二条第一款，处罚结果为没收违法所得人民币239.79元，罚款人民币2万元，处罚机关为北京市文化和旅游局。
