骑手肇事逃逸顺丰被判连带赔偿
企查查App显示，近日，顺丰速运有限公司一则机动车交通事故责任纠纷民事一审判决书公开。文书显示，骑手因与原告发生交通事故后逃逸，原告将骑手、顺丰及人寿公司告上法庭。
法院认为，骑手以顺丰公司所运营APP平台的名义对外承接外卖业务，双方符合挂靠关系外观，顺丰公司对原告的合理损失应承担连带赔偿责任，判决结果为顺丰及骑手判赔原告36310.59元。
