MySQL 商品表 90 个字段有必要拆分么

新项目，运营人员商品表给了 70 字段，不太好进行分类拆分，非要拆只能拆成一个主表，一个详情表。考虑到后面可能会水平分表，并且有组合商品的逻辑，所以在犹豫要不要拆分。
另外，商品表中的码值是否要把码值编码和码值名称一起存？想做些冗余，避免每次查询都去翻译码值名称。
