The ICO and coronavirus
In line with Government advice, our offices are closed and our staff are working from home. We continue to deliver all our services, but we ask you to bear with us if there is a delay in dealing with your enquiry.
We are here to help
Our helplines remain open. You can call us on 0303 123 1113 or contact us via live chat. As staff are working from home, our textphone service is currently unavailable but you may find live chat a suitable alternative.
Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
You can continue to report, enquire, register and raise complaints with us using the web forms below.
We encourage you to use our website wherever possible for information and guidance.
If you’re an SME – including small organisations, sole traders, small businesses, small charities, schools, local councils, start-ups, or small- to medium-sized enterprises - our SME hub is a good place to start.
We also run a dedicated advice service for SMEs if you’d prefer to contact us for help.
