Acas helpline

If you have a workplace problem you want to talk with us about, you can call the Acas helpline.

We can help talk through your options. You do not have to give any personal details.

We cannot give an opinion or legal advice.

Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Christmas and New Year opening hours

The helpline has reduced hours between 23 December 2021 and 3 January 2022. It will be open as usual from 4 January 2022.

  • Friday 24 December 2021 – 8am to 4pm
  • Monday 27 December 2021 – Closed
  • Tuesday 28 December 2021 – Closed
  • Wednesday 29 December 2021 – 8am to 5pm
  • Thursday 30 January 2021 – 8am to 5pm
  • Friday 31 December 2021 – 8am to 4pm
  • Monday 3 January 2022 – Closed
