Free in-app NPS surveys for SaaS, Android & iOS apps

Let’s be honest: there are hundreds of other user feedback and NPS solutions on the market. But when I first met Simon, Michael and Samuel, the cofounders of Screeb, I’ve been really amazed by their vision:

1- We must radically change the respondent experience, because no one is answering to online surveys or filling online forms anymore. Still, SaaS and mobile app companies have questions for their users and need to get responses to be able to improve their product and experience.

The conversational approach of the Screeb’s team on this has been really efficient with response rate between 50 and 60% in average!

2- Everybody does collect their NPS, but at the end most teams don’t really know if their score is good or not and how to act on it. Real feedback value is elsewhere in other types of questions you’ll ask at key moments of the user experience, to stay in context and get actionable insights.

So if NPS is now a commodity, they’ve decided to make it 100% free, without limitation on the number of users you have of the number of responses you’ll get. And I think it’s a great way to force the market to deliver more value to everyone.
