以下内容作于2018年5月
确认你的CPU是几核几线程，目前比较普遍的是双核四线程、四核八线程、六核十二线程，如不清楚点击我获取系统信息
打开终端，输入以下命令确定，即可创建一项名为“yes”的进程，这种进程会耗费一定量的CPU使用率
确认你的CPU线程数是多少就执行多少次
yes > /dev/null &打开活动监视器(打开启动台Launchpad-工具里面可以找到)，排序下CPU的信息可以看到这些“yes”进程已经吃干净了资源，此时风扇也已经嗷嗷叫了。
接下来可以使用系统状态查看软件来看看具体的参数表现，建议使用HWMonitor或者iStat Menus。
测试完毕(一般5分钟以上)后记得清除“yes”进程，输入在终端内输入以下命令后确定
killall yesRecommend
