意大利高端家具集团 Lifestyle Design 收购高端家具生产及分销商 Interni 多数股权
意大利高端家具集团 Lifestyle Design 已与私募基金 Progressio 达成一项具有约束力的协议，以收购后者管理下的高端家具生产及分销商 Interni 的大多数股权。
此次收购通过集团子公司 Poltrona Frau 进行，新品牌则将划归到集团旗下的 Lifestyle Design 部门，与 Poltrona Frau、Cappellini、Cassina、Ceccotti、DZine、Karakter、Janus et cie、Luminaire 等奢华品牌共同运营。这是继 Luminaire 和 Dzine 之后，集团对多品牌零售商展开的第三笔收购。
