Syndica 的创始人 Ahmad 是加密货币分析公司 Messari 的前高级工程师，Danial Abbas 曾是 0x Labs 的研究员。Syndica 旨在通过远程程序调用（RPC）节点提供 Web 3.0 缺失的中间层，这些服务器允许去中心化应用程序读取和写入区块链的数据。Syndica 正在为开发者推出工具和 API，包括高级日志、受众和 RPC 使用分析等。该公司的产品目前以内测版本运行，公测版预计将在三到四个星期内推出，实际产品将于明年第一季度推出。
