What am I doing wrong in my simple spring safety application?

trying to create a simple login with spring Security but am getting an error with my controller and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any help in advance.

The URI /login is not being mapped onto an actual page so is constantly being sent to the controller. You could add
