瑞幸咖啡就股东集体诉讼达成了 1.75 亿美元的和解协议。瑞幸于 2019 年在纽约上市，去年初承认伪造了数亿美元的销售额，这一丑闻曝光后震惊了整个华尔街，该股随后从纳斯达克摘牌。美国证券交易委员会去年 12 月对其处以 1.8 亿美元罚款。它在今年初申请了破产保护。美国曼哈顿地区法官 John Cronan 周二批准了初步和解协议，并安排在 2022 年 1 月 31 日举行听证会以考虑最终批准。这项和解还需要开曼群岛法院的批准。瑞幸则否认有不法行为。
