彭博社援引知情人消息，美国奢侈品闪购电商 Rue Gilt Groupe 目前正在与承销商合作，计划筹备首次公开募股（IPO）事项。
Rue Gilt Groupe 的总部位于波士顿，目前由首席执行官 Mark McWeeny领导。集团旗下两大主要电商品牌包括 Rue La La 和 Gilt，提供的商品来自5000多个时尚奢侈品牌。
Rue Gilt Groupe 的历史最早可以追溯到 2007年，当时 Gilt Groupe 的三位联合创始人 Kevin P. Ryan, Alexis Maybank 和 Alexandra Wilson 效仿法国闪购鼻祖 Vente-Privee 的模式，曾开创折扣奢侈品闪购的风潮，主营男女服饰、童装、居家用等品类商品，网站经常限时提供大幅折扣吸引消费者，幅度最高可达三折。
