站长今天升级把macOS Mojave由10.14.5升级至10.14.6正式版，升级完毕发现外接的4K显示器操作非常卡，但是内置的Retina屏操作很流畅，检查发现4K显示器由60hz变成了30hz。
打开系统偏好设置或者RDM软件设置成别的分辨率，再设置回来需要使用的分辨率即可。
