把手机当作无线摄像头的软件有很多，经过我的测试，“IP Camera”延迟比较低，可定制性强。
手机软件名为：IP摄像头（安卓）
支持本地广播（http），云流式传输（Cloud Video Surveillance (ivideon.com)，需要单独注册账户）
以下是软件界面：
平均延迟约150ms，比较低了，但还是没有低到100ms以内，无法当作穿越机的FPV镜头。下面是几个截图：
