软银愿景基金16.9亿美元出售韩电商巨头Coupang5700万股股票
（经理人网9月18日消息），据报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）当地时间9月16日发布的一份报告显示，日本软银集团旗下愿景基金（Vision Fund）14日以每股29.685美元的价格出售韩国电商巨头Coupang5700万股A类股股票，交易价值达16.9亿美元。
据悉，被出售的股份相当于软银所持Coupang股份的9%左右。交易完成后，软银还持有5.68156413亿股Coupang股份。报道称，就软银目前的持股比例，Coupang方面称无可奉告。
报道指出，Coupang今年3月11日在美国纽约证券交易所正式上市，上市当天开盘报63.5美元，但目前股价已跌至30美元以下。作为Coupang最大股东的软件银行集团共投资30亿美元，在Coupang上市后持有其37%的A类股。
