Waydroid 是一种基于容器的方法，可在 Ubuntu 等常规 GNU/Linux 系统上启动完整的 Android 系统。
Waydroid 使用 Linux 命名空间（user、pid、uts、net、mount、ipc）在容器中运行完整的 Android 系统，并在任何基于 GNU/Linux 的平台上提供 Android 应用程序。
容器内的 Android 可以直接访问所需的硬件。
Android 运行时环境附带基于LineageOS的最小定制 Android 系统镜像。使用的镜像目前是基于Android 10。
