Google 面临欧盟新的反垄断审查，调查其是否强迫设备制造商在 Android 设备上安装 Google Assistant 作为默认的语音助手。Google 面临的罚款金额最高可能达其全球营业额的 10%。过去十年，Google 已在三起独立案件中被欧盟执委会罚款超过 80 亿欧元。欧洲最流行的语音助手设备是亚马逊的 Alexa、苹果的 Siri和 Google Assistant。欧盟竞争监管机构已要求设备制造商提供任何证据，证明他们被迫预装 Google Assistant，以及 Google 是否通过禁止竞争对手的产品在 Android 设备上安装来实现排他性。Google 表示，相比其他移动平台，Android 系统提供了更多选择。
