Meta 遭欧盟反垄断调查，或面临 118 亿美元巨额罚款
据华尔街见闻报道，欧盟委员会反垄断事务局周一发布了一份指控书，警告 Facebook 的母公司 Meta 违反了欧盟的反垄断法。因为 Meta 扭曲了线上分类广告市场的正常竞争格局，并且滥用了其市场主导地位。在欧盟委员会做出最终决定之前，Meta 将有机会对其案件进行辩论。如果委员会认定该公司违反了反垄断规则，Meta 可能面临最高为其全球年收入 10% 的罚款。对于 2021 年年收入为 1179.2 亿美元的 Meta 来说，这可能意味着价值高达 118 亿美元的罚款。
