国际货币基金组织前副总裁张涛认为，在央行数字货币出现后，国际货币体系将如何演变“很难预测”。储备货币被接受往往伴随着结构性变化，包括树立政策可信度，建立法治，形成具有深度和高流动性、以同一种货币计价的市场等，因此国际货币体系的改变很可能十分缓慢。但张涛也指出，长远来看，广泛可得的央行数字货币，加上强大的网络外部效应，都能使储备货币地位的转变更快发生。（经济参考报）
