A feasibility study isn’t simply asking to assess a project. It also looks at opportunity cost.

That is a question about what else you could do with the time, money, and resources. Ask whether those options are a better choice for the business.

There’s also an opportunity cost to not doing a project, so don’t forget to include this in your feasibility study. A project might be expensive, but what is the long-term cost if you decide not to proceed with it?
