三组交易，涉及13亿！贾跃亭等6名前酷派董事遭谴责
集团前董事没如实披露投资事项

8月24日 港交所发布监管通讯
公开谴责酷派集团及包括贾跃亭、蒋超、李斌
在内的6名前任董事 原因是酷派集团
在2016年7月至2017年3月期间进行了三组交易
涉及贷款、财务资助，共计13亿元
这些款项让一众以贾跃亭为控股股东的企业
或贾跃亭、蒋超认识的人士成为既得利益者
该行为在违反《上市规则》后并没有公示
值得一提的是 港交所还声明
若贾跃亭或蒋超仍继续在酷派集团
董事会留任 将损害投资者的利益
