沈阳启动城市防汛Ⅲ级应急响应 暴雨已致多处路段积水

记者16日从沈阳市防汛抗旱指挥部办公室获悉，沈阳于8月16日14时10分将城市防汛Ⅳ级应急响应提升为Ⅲ级应急响应。沈阳各地区、各部门将密切监视天气及雨情、水情、汛情变化，全力做好各项防御措施的落实。
据沈阳市气象部门预报，8月16日5时至15时，沈阳全地区平均降水量达20.9毫米，最大值85.3毫米，城区平均降水量31.8毫米。预计16日下午到夜间，沈阳地区平均降水量10～20毫米，局部地区可能达到或超过40毫米，降水过程中可能伴有雷电、短时强降水等强对流天气，市区主要降水时段为16日15时至20时。
记者在沈阳部分街头走访发现，部分低洼地区积水没过汽车轮胎，影响车辆通行。（记者于也童、丁非白）
