比如，即时通信软件，让大家之间的联系更即时，这自然是好事。可，另一面是，发了消息，你便开始等待；如果对方迟迟不回，内心不免会产生各种情绪。而在这些软件产生之前、甚至是在电话电报之前，既不及时也不会瞬间变得焦急。便捷的沟通，同时产生了效率和焦急。
