教育部：民办应转公办或停止办学 将在8月底完成排查
（经理人网8月6日消息），近日，教育部等八部门发布《关于规范公办学校举办或者参与举办民办义务教育学校的通知》，通知中对名校办民校(公参民)的范围做了界定，要求公办学校单独举办的民办、公办学校与地方政府及相关机构合作举办的义务学校，应办为公办学校；不再审批新的“公参民”学校，公办学校也不得以举办者变更，集团办学、品牌输出等变相举办民办义务教育。
文件规定“将此项工作分别纳入省级人民政府履行教育职责评价范围和部署高校党政主要领导干部经济责任审计范围”，并要求在今年8月底完成专项摸底排查，理清产权和责任关系，制定分省分年度工作方案，报教育部(发展规划司)备案。
