官方提供的vmdk文件
KoolShare好像没有出LEDE/OpenWRT的ESXi专用版，如果直接使用官方提供的vmdk，掉电后再启动ESXi会提示无法打开虚拟机电源， 对象类型需要托管的I/O，需要修复才能启动。
自行使用StarWind工具转换的vmdk文件(本链接提供)
官方提供的img.gz包，把解压后的img文件进行转换成ESXi专用的格式，转换后的文件一个是*-flat.vmdk，另一个是*.vmdk，把这两个文件上传到ESXi会自动合并成*.vmdk文件，使用这个步骤创建的虚拟机在掉电后再启动，没有出现上述需要修复才能启动的问题。
安装完毕后的笔记：
1.修改ip地址vi /etc/config/network保存后，执行service network restart生效
2.输入passwd修改root密码
3.用浏览器输入ip地址，进入web界面进行配置
允许安装不可描述脚本
