1.) Do system update and upgrade

2.) Install Torrent Clients, any of the following:
sudo apt-get install qbittorent sudo apt-get install deluge sudo apt-get install transmission
3)Install VLC Media Player and All codecs
sudo apt-get install vlc
4) Install File roller and archive Manager
sudo apt-get install unace unrar zip unzip p7zip-full p7zip-rar sharutils rar uudeview mpack arj cabextract file-roller
5) Install Missing Codecs
sudo apt-get install libxine1-ffmpeg mencoder flac faac faad sox ffmpeg2theora libmpeg2-4 uudeview libmpeg3-1 mpeg3-utils mpegdemux liba52-dev mpeg2dec vorbis-tools id3v2 mpg321 mpg123
6) Install Virtualbox, Leafpad, vim
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-dkms virtualbox leafpad vim
7) Install Mysql
sudo apt-get install mysql-server
8) Install Apache web server
sudo apt-get install apache2
9) Install PHP5 packages
sudo apt-get install php5 libapache2-mod-php5
10) Install PHPMyAdmin editor
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin
11) Install Gimp image editor
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin-get install gimp
12) Install sysv-rc-conf the chkconfig replacement
sudo apt-get install sysv-rc-conf
