How To Install Virtualbox on Ubuntu and Kali Linux

   Hi…I'm very new to Linux…I'm confused about when installing inside kali 2.0, Kali's official site says not to edit the original sources.list, so for the first step in your tutorial does that mean I have to create a new .list if I want to correctly install this inside kali without breaking it?

   I'm also intimidated by this and find many different approaches to installing virtual box on Kali 2.0 linux. I really don't want to mess up such a massive step.
