近日，全球最大奢侈品集团路易威登正式宣布已收购Off-White 60%的股份。
Off-White是时尚设计师、DJ、流行文化专家Virgil Abloh于2013年创立的一个奢侈街头服饰品牌，目前他仍是Off-White主理人，同时他还担任路易威登男装的艺术总监。
路易威登首席执行官Michael Burke在谈到阿布洛的新角色时说：“我们并不是在模仿一个已经存在的模式。这更像是Bernard Arnault（路易威登集团董事长兼CEO）收购迪奥并决定建立一个奢侈品牌联盟时所做的，那就是改变现状。”
Off-White公司目前仍将由拥有该品牌许可证的意大利制造公司New Guards Group（该公司本身为Farfetch所有）运营，但拥有该商标的Off-White LLC将并入LVMH时装和皮具集团。
与Abloh和Off-White达成的新协议是LVMH一系列活动的一部分。该公司去年以最大的一笔奢侈品交易收购了蒂芙尼。
Abloh说，他希望这项协议能确保Off-White“在未来几年里在世界各地的历史性角落出现”。他还说，这项合作将用于扩大Off-White的业务。
