I want to live in a world where gas powered lawnmowers, hedge trimmers and any other alike gardening tools are just banned or forced to have electric alternatives.

Let's start with kerosene lamps used in huge parts of the world... That's a real emissions nightmare, and we should work harder to fix electricity reach. https://factor.niehs.nih.gov/2013/1/science-kerosene/…
Of course awareness raised by the always epic

Hmm, I’ve seen electric variants of most of the main gardening tools, at least for home residential use. We had an electric hedge trimmer back when we had hedges, and electric lawnmowers and strimmers seem to be the norm here
For industrial use, fuel powered alternatives make a lot more sense though. Community areas need maintained too, and replacing a fleet of seat-in grass cutters (for example) would be a big expense that many local authorities wouldn’t be able to justify.

For noise or emissions?

They are still quite expensive sadly.

Yeah I just learned recently how insane the emissions stats are, one lawnmower is like a dozen cars. I actually like two stroke engines but that's really bad.
You should see (and hear) mine after I replaced the carburetor!

Electric mower in my < 0.25 acre mowable yard: Sure. On my other outdoor areas that I have to mow? No way, my crappy 11 year old Honda 4-stroke that I push is a massive step up from any electric model you can buy today or in the near future for that work.

Plants will reclaim the Earth… not saying that’s good or bad, just throwing it out there.

Better suggest nuclear power. The solar grids aren't enough
