法国美妆集团 Groupe Bogart 收购香水美妆连锁零售商 Nocibé 41家在法国的门店

6月30日，法国美妆集团 Groupe Bogart 宣布已通过旗下分销子公司 APRIL SAS 签署了收购法国大型香水化妆品品连锁零售商 Nocibé 41家在法门店的协议，具体交易金额未被披露。
该交易尚需获得相关管理机构的批准，一旦获得批准，集团最快将在2021年10月完成收购交易。
今年1月，Nocibé 母公司—— 德国美妆集团 Douglas 宣布，将在2022年秋季之前陆续关闭500家欧洲境内的 Nocibé 店铺（包括62家位于法国的店铺），集中精力发展线上业务。随后在5月，Groupe Bogart 向有关部门提交了针对 Nocibé 法国门店的收购要约。
