万宝路母公司、跨国烟草巨头 Altria 以12亿美元出售美国老牌葡萄酒庄园 Ste. Michelle
7月9日，万宝路（Marlboro）母公司、跨国烟草巨头 Altria Group Inc（奥驰亚，以下简称“Altira”）宣布，旗下子公司 UST LLC 已与私募股权投资公司 Sycamore Partners Management, L.P.（以下简称“Sycamore Partners”）达成最终协议，确认将 Ste. Michelle 酒庄出售给后者。
据悉，Sycamore Partners 将以全现金交易的方式收购 Ste. Michelle 酒庄并承担酒庄的部分负债，本次收购交易的价格接近12亿美元，将在2021年下半年完成。
Ste. Michelle 酒庄始建于1912年，位于美国华盛顿州哥伦比亚谷（Columbia Valley）产区，其前身是西雅图木材大亨 Frederick Stimson 名下的一块地产；1967年，传奇酿酒师 Andre Tchelistcheff 在这里引进亚欧 …
