Following the same marketing recipe as CD Projekt Red adopted with Cyberpunk, Polish developer Techland will reveal tidbits about the upcoming Dying Light 2 game in 30-minute episodes. The first one aired on May 27 and touched on many aspects of the game, including the story and how the player's choices will have real impact on the world.

The second episode of Dying 2 Know, dives deep into the nature of the infected that roam the world of Dying Light 2 Stay Human. In addition, the episode showcased a new gameplay trailer, which offers players a closer look at the infected, and went behind the scenes of mocap and sound design.

Furthermore, Techland also revealed a collaboration with famous parkour practitioner, David Belle, who has actively participated in the creation of Dying Light 2 Stay Human and lent his talent to a major in-game character that's spotlighted in today's gameplay trailer.

In Dying Light 2, players will meet several types of enemies, including the Revenant, a brand-new infected species, and their transformation process. If you want to know more about how Techland brought the monstrous infected alive in the game world, make sure to watch the entire episode, not just the gameplay trailer.

Last but not least, to make the wait for Dying Light 2 more bearable, Techland announced a partnership with Dynamite Entertainment for the creation of the prequel comic book, “Banshee: I Am The Cure.” The comic will be available at retail later this year, but those who can't wait can grab the digital version on TechlandGG.com for free until July 15.

Pre-orders for Dying Light 2 Stay Human are now open, with two retail editions available, Standard and Deluxe, alongside three digital editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate. All pre-orders will come with an exclusive digital Reload Pack, featuring a unique outfit, weapon, and paraglider skin. Dying Light 2 Stay Human, published by Techland, launches December 7 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
