With the leaked beta it’s quite easy to bypass the TPM. You just need to copy the install.wim of the 21996.1 (Windows 11) into an existing Windows 10 install media. It’s just the setup that’s checks for secure boot / TPM. Not sure this will work with the final version.

To set the record straight, a stand-alone hardware TPM is not required for Win11. Firmware-TPM (fTPM) implementations, such as Intel's Platform Trust Technology, meet the TPM 2.0 requirement
