6月24日，由中国外文局 CATTI 项目管理中心和北京第二外国语学院共同牵头成立的全国高校日语专业联盟在京宣布成立。中国外文局副总编辑陈实，中国外文局前副局长兼总编辑、MTI教指委主任黄友义，中国驻日大使馆教育公参胡志平，北京第二外国语学院校长计金标，北京大学党委组织部部长宁琦等出席成立仪式。
日语专业联盟由北京大学、清华大学、北京外国语大学、上海外国语大学、广东外国语大学等40所日语专业领先的国内知名高校及中日翻译研究会、中国翻译协会人才测评委员会等机构共同发起成立。（来源）
