据@CATTI中心 消息，在6月24日举行的中日CATTI国际版发布仪式上，CATTI日本中心在日本东京宣布组建成立，博为知株式会社执行社长屈博炜出任中心负责人。Onoff 株式会社董事长安宅正晴、Onoff株式会社CFO松久申治等担任理事。
中国外文局副总编辑陈实，中国外文局前副局长兼总编辑黄友义，中国外文局机关党委常务副书记、人事部主任闵艺，中国外文局翻译专业资格考评中心主任王继雨，中国驻日本大使馆教育公参胡志平、卡西欧（中国）贸易有限公司董事长助理岩丸阳一、总经理山岸千记及北京大学、清华大学等国内40所高校相关负责人在北京远程参加了仪式。
