我们小时候，物质匮乏。不管什么东西，有就不错了，哪里还有什么挑头。
现在，小孩子的选择太多。动不动就问：你喜欢这个吗？你喜欢哪个啊？
这样的做法，往好了说，是增加孩子选择的能力。问题是，小孩子毕竟太小，对自己都不了解，也没什么判断对错的能力，拿什么来选择呢？
对于家长，如果孩子选择了自己能接受的，当然没什么。可如果相反，家长哪里还管什么尊重孩子的选择，直接替他选了。那么，这种「我们意见一致时听你的、不一致时听我的」的选择，还有多大意义？
驾驭自由，是需要能力、前提、资格的。当没有能力驾驭自由时，给太多自由，反而是害。
