I'm Scott, CEO of UpContent. We were thrilled to wake up this morning and see that Icebreaker by UpContent was hunted!

Icebreaker was developed in collaboration with the HubSpot team to help address a challenge we often faced when trying to build new prospect relationships or rekindle ones that were going stale - what can I provide that would be valuable?

This often led to countless hours (and tabs) hunting for articles that would be of interest and - in organizations where compliance is a necessary requirement, getting approval for what can be shared.

The result? Either we'd always be sharing the same thing week after week, or we'd revert to those old standbys (i.e. the weather, sports, and, as of late, a global pandemic 🤢 - NOT IDEAL.
