5月份整体还可以,有做一些调整,一方面把臂力器由原来的“每组15个,每次26组”调整为“每组30个,每次10组”,主要是想锻炼一下耐力;另一方面就是由晚上锻炼改为早晨早起一个小时锻炼。每天早晨锻炼完,感觉特别有精神,工作起来感觉也是元气满满,非常舒服。后面的目标是由原来的平均一周锻炼3天改为一周锻炼5+天。

最新体重61.0KG,BMI:20.1,属于正常水平。
