医药电商妙手医生计划最早本年在香港进行IPO 筹资5亿美元
新浪科技讯 5月12日下午消息，据知情人士透露，运营医药电商平台妙手医生的北京圆心科技考虑在香港上市，可能募集至少5亿美元。
该公司获得腾讯控股、启明创投等支持，正在与中信里昂和高盛集团等推进潜在股票发售事宜。因事未公开而要求匿名的知情人士表示，公司最快可能于今年上市。
另外，知情人士指出，妙手医生还考虑在首次公开募股前，进行一轮2亿-3亿美元的融资。
知情人士透露，随着磋商的持续，包括发行规模和时间安排等细节仍可能有变。中信里昂和高盛的代表不予置评，妙手医生的代表没有立即回复置评请求。
医药电商妙手医生成立于2014年，为患者提供远程问诊和处方建议服务，消费者还可通过其网站购买非处方药。
