这是一个小短篇，不长，故事也很简单，讲述了一对父母从痛苦到解脱的故事。
因为美国校园枪击案，一个小女孩因此而去世，他的父母因此消沉，整日无言以对。母亲在洗衣服时，意外发现了女儿的衣服又被洗，痛苦之下，意外碰到了足球，致使女儿的留声机再次想起，使得父母二人重聚，共同回忆。
回忆中，女儿的影子让父母的影子重新回到了一起，重回当初的温馨，而这背后，也映射了当初出事之时，女儿给父母发的信息 —— 「If Anything Happens I Love You」，无论如何，我爱你。
