一些习惯

习惯就好像牛顿第一定律一样，有着保持原来运动方向不变的一种力量。
团队一些不好的习惯是：
对于领导的意见，无论是否明智，立即会获得属下的支持和响应。
缺乏决断者，小型项目进展不够快速。
这似乎有点矛盾，希望有人能决断，又不希望其他人完全支持。我想这二者都是非常极端的，将这二种极端情况中和一下，就能取得比这二者更好的效率。
我个人有一些不好的习惯是：
一些观点和语气不够决断。
容易拖拉，浪费时间。
做了PDP行为测试，我是猫头鹰。猫头鹰的优点是思维细致，说话简洁明了（甚至不说话），讲究数据，做事认真；缺点是缺乏交流，缺乏魄力，缺乏想象力。
