德鲁克与善能

在统计之都十周年纪念文章中我造了一个词叫“善能”，当时我对这个词感到很满意。今日偶尔看见一篇文章，曰《德鲁克：管理的本质是激发善意》。我心想，嚯，朕竟然跟德鲁克想到一块儿去了。
激动之余突然又想，不对，名人名言这种事情不能随便信，尤其是中文的非学术类文章更不可靠，大家讲话很少有给出处的习惯。读文章我最痛恨的前两类现象就是无脑抄袭和重要的引用不给出处。
那德鲁克到底有没有说过这话？我尝试用英文搜了一会儿，并没有找到可信的来源。唯一能找到的是一家中国青岛的生产小独轮推车的厂，其网页上是这么说的：
The essence of management, in fact, stimulate and release everyone’s goodwill.
所以我还是没找到这句话在西方世界的出处。要是我有空，我会逐条翻一翻德鲁克的名言荟萃，看能否找到一句意思相近的。不过一来我没这闲工夫（名言太多），二来他到底说没说过这话，洒家也不是那么在乎。
