域名更换及新增 newsletter 订阅

域名更换为 <arminli.com>，如果有 RSS 订阅的朋友请更新为 https://arminli.com/feed 。
另外加入了 newsletter 的功能，订阅后每次更新会收到一封邮件，使用的是 Mailchimp 的服务：http://eepurl.com/gG_uB5
在选择 newsletter host 时我注意到 substack 这家公司（http://substack.com），substack 成立刚刚两年，和其他 newsletter 最大的不同一是可以像看 blog 一样看发过的 newsletter，二是支持付费订阅。从用户体验上来讲这个产品还是不错的，但很多功能的缺失（尤其是团队在 FAQ 中明确表示 NO！）还是让我没有选择它。
- 不支持 RSS。
- 不支持 markdown。
- 不支持 custom domain。这个很致命，用户只能用 xxx.substack.com 这样的二级域名托管。它的 YC 投资人（Andrew Chen）都不用，substack 的用户还在喊他。
- paid newsletter 抽成 10%，不知道做付费的作者能否接受，像国内知识星球是 5%。
尽管如此，substack 在特定用户群体里还是比较受欢迎，如记者、作家、KOL，因为只需要几分钟部署好，完全不要求技术，同时也是一个非常好的变现平台。
